Information for Guest Artists
Beginning January 2011 the following will take effect.
Artists who have not changed their work in six (6) months will have them placed in storage. If, within the year works have not either sold or been replaced, they will be put into permanent storage. Those pieces which have not sold or been exchanged in a one (1) year period will be considered donations to the gallery and will be given to charity.
Artists who in the course of a two (2) year period have not sold any work will be asked to remove their work permanently.
Please note that we are a small gallery with little storage space and
it is in the best interest of guest artist to exchange their work every
three months as clients like to see new pieces on the gallery walls.
The following are the exchange dates I will be at the gallery.
PLEASE NOTE: Other people working at the gallery will be unable to
exchange your work so please call in advance to ensure I am at the
gallery to do this.

It is also and advantage to have one and up to three images on our
website. Please contact us at

instructions.
Also, ensure that we have several copiers of your current C.V. in our
files. These can be brought into the gallery at your next
change-0ver.
